PCCW Limited is an information and communications technology business established in Hong Kong. The corporation owns a majority stake in HKT Limited, a telecommunications company, and a majority stake in Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited.
The total contract value for the project is SGD 1 million. To provide a full-service, one-stop solution for PCCW’s 100-person Singapore office. Within three weeks, the entire task scope is accomplished. IP PBX (Avaya), Wireless (Aruba), Structure Cabling (Datwyler), IP CCTV (Panasonic), Biometric door access, and a Video Conference Room (Polycom & Crestron) were all included in the project.
Funan Digital Mall
The Funan integrated development includes a retail component, two office blocks, and lyf Funan Singapore, with a total gross floor space of approximately 889,000 sqft.
The total contract value for the project was SGD $1.2 million. Data, telephone, CCTV, card access, and MATV cabling were all included in the project. We ran roughly 240 kilometers of copper cabling and 45 kilometers of fiber cabling with 3000 CAT 6A FTP Cable. Airblown Fibre Ducts were fitted (11 Kilometers of 24 Way Fibre Duct and 30 Kilometers of 2 Way Fibre Duct).
Connexion at Farrer Park Hospital
Connexion is a recent development that includes a wide variety of lodging options and healthcare services and is situated in Singapore’s historic Farrer Park neighbourhood. It aims to provide locations for both treatment and relaxation in one location. The 20-story Connexion building, which houses the opulent One Farrer Hotel and Spa, Farrer Park Hospital, and Farrer Park Medical Center in the East and West wings, respectively, and Owen Link, a retail and dining area, on the ground floor, serves both hospital visitors and business and leisure travellers. It-Self provided structure cabling, door access, and telephone system for this massive project.

System on Silicon Manufacturing (SSMC) is a semi conductor fabrication company. It is a joint venture between NXP Semi conductors and TSMC incorporated in 1999.
The scope of work consists of the network tech refresh for the office and manufacturing plant. This includes the upgrade of security network and Wifi system.
The tech refresh also replaces the IT infrastructure, which includes upgrading of cables to Cat 6A and fiber to OM4 fiber.
