Green Technology
The urgent global issue of climate change. The COVID-19 pandemic provides compelling evidence that, in order to successfully address any global catastrophe, we must make a commitment to protecting the environment and those who live nearby. Businesses have a major duty to protect the environment.
a) 5G outdoor WiFi network using a portable solar panel
Creating the first 5G outdoor WiFi network using a portable solar panel to cover large areas. In locations without WiFi connection before, this offers quick and dependable connectivity. The technology reduces deployment costs by 50% while simultaneously utilising clean energy and overcoming the difficulties of digging and running electrical connections.
The solution helps the customer achieve its objective of being a smart, safe, and sustainable company while being resource and cost-effective.
b) Solar Panel for buildings / homes
The World Economic Forum has named climate change as humanity’s top issue, citing its disastrous effects on extreme weather, natural disasters, and biodiversity loss.
It will make a genuine and significant difference to advance sustainability in the built environment because buildings contribute around 40% of energy-related carbon emissions. Some of the benefits of using solar panel includes having control over your electricity, provides clean and renewable energy, increases home value.
c) Centralize platform or dashboard for energy monitoring (power consumption)
In order to give our customers a seamless, sustainable utilities management experience, we design a centralised platform / dashboard that offers a suite of solutions that integrates various building systems and a variety of data sources. With the use of the Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), the platform empowers facility managers and building owners to make better decisions that enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and well-being of their buildings especially power consumption.
d) Designing of light and water saving home, office or building
The average household saves a substantial amount in energy costs annually by installing LED lighting, which accounts for about 15% of the electricity used in a typical home. One of the quickest methods to lower your energy costs is to convert from incandescent light bulbs to energy-efficient lighting if you still use them. To save electricity, think about employing controls like timers and dimmers in addition to energy-efficient lighting. When not in use, lights are automatically turned off by timers, and light levels can be decreased by using dimmers.
Household water consumption is on the rise again for the second year in a row, with each person in Singapore using 158 litres of water a day in 2021, up from 154 litres in 2020. (Source: Click here to read more) By switching from traditional faucets to water-efficient faucets an average family saves about 2650 litres of water yearly. The simple act of upgrading or switching to water saving faucets, heads and appliances will greatly reduce water bill. These water-saving fixtures and appliances are also a great method to save water from an environmental perspective.
e) Indoor Air Quality System
An interior Air Quality (IAQ) system is a set of technologies and methods used to maintain and improve the air quality in interior environments such as homes, workplaces, schools, and other structures. Its goal is to ensure that the air inhabitants breathe is clean, healthful, and devoid of pollutants or contaminants that could harm their health or well-being.
IAQ systems are intended to address a number of problems that can contribute to poor indoor air quality, such as improper ventilation, ineffective filtration, poor humidity levels for indoor air quality, pollutants and contaminants.
Advanced IAQ systems may include sensors and monitors that assess air quality factors like as temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, and particle matter in real time.
Improving indoor air quality can have a variety of advantages, including a reduction in respiratory issues, allergies, and the spread of airborne infections. IAQ systems are especially significant in modern buildings, which are frequently more completely sealed for energy efficiency and may hinder the natural exchange of indoor and outdoor air. In addition, it also has a wide range of applications in Internet of Things monitoring domains such as agricultural greenhouses, intelligent breeding, nursery flowers, and agricultural weather stations.
