Wong Swee Chun, the founder of Straits Constructions Singapore Pte Ltd, started small in 1969 and developed his first Housing and Development Board (HDB) project at Serangoon Avenue 4 in 1982. They were instrumental in altering Singapore’s urban landscape for more than five decades. IT-Self was selected to work with their subcontractor for one of their key HDB projects, the “Smart Home System.”
Nirvana Memorial Gardens
Nirvana Memorial Garden, which opened in 2009, is part of the Nirvana Asia Group, a world-class, full-service bereavement care company with a decade of experience in memorial park operations. IT-Self was chosen as the IT contractor to provide the entire IT infrastructure for their new location.
Chung cu Feliz En Vista
Feliz en Vista, CapitaLand’s eighth residential project in Vietnam with a total of four towers, is situated in Thanh My Loi Ward, District 2, HCMC. There are 873 flats in three residential apartment blocks for sale. Serviced apartments for rent will be located in the fourth tower. Ascott, a division of CapitaLand, will oversee the management of this serviced apartment complex under the well-known Somerset name. We worked on their telephone and data cabling installation.
Johor – Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS)
Johor – Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) is an international cross-border rapid transit system that connects Singapore and Johor. There will be 2 stations located each at Johor and Woodlands.
The scope of work consists of the supply and install of approximately 15km of Single Mode Fiber Optic Cables for the signaling system. This includes Splicing, testing and commissioning.
Providing of Air Blown Fiber Duct for the stations and office, including air blown fiber test.
Housing Development Board (HDB) Singapore
The Housing Development Board (HDB) is a statutory board under the Singapore Government, responsible for the public housing in Singapore. More than 70% of housing in Singapore belongs to HDB.
To supply and install smart cameras with door access control with Cat 6 cabling for high level security, increasing productivity and ease the need for physical key system. This includes development of backend software and application for the end users.
Suntec City Singapore
Suntec City is a mixed development located at Marina Centre in Singapore. It consists of Office Building, Convention-Exhibition Center and Shopping mall.
Supply and install of video analytic cameras, inclusive of Cat 6 and Fiber. This project is to ensure the monitoring of traffic and crowd in the convention area and also ensure there were no human inside the premises after operation hour.
